This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of e-signing by the undersigned client ("Client"), with N&M Events Staffing Co. ("Company").

Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide staffing services for the Client's event as detailed in the provided invoice.

Payment Schedule
A 50% deposit of the total invoice amount is due upon booking to secure services.
The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event and will be sent to the Client 7 days before the event.

Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel the event up to 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date for a full refund of all payments made.
Cancellations made after the two-week grace period will not receive a refund but will be issued a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied to a future event.

Liability
While the Company and its staff will handle the Client's home, venue, belongings, and rentals with the utmost care, the Company is not responsible for any accidental breakage or damage that may occur during the event.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of the Client's event or the Client's use of the Company's services.

Gratuity Policy
Gratuities are not included in your invoice and should be handled independently between the Client and their contracted team. Bartenders will not display tip jars without prior permission from the Client. We recommend gratuities in cash, typically ranging from 18-20% of your invoice subtotal, to be handed directly to your team or team captain at the conclusion of your event.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
