All-Inclusive Planning (Start-to-Finish)

Our most comprehensive package is designed for couples who want expert guidance from the very beginning of the planning journey through the final moments of their celebration. With full planning, we serve as your partner, advisor, and advocate—handling logistics, curating creative ideas, and streamlining decisions so you can enjoy the process.

Includes:

  • Curated venue research, shortlisting, and guided tours of up to five locations

  • Comprehensive budget design, tracking, and ongoing financial management

  • Trusted recommendations for top-tier vendors, plus thorough contract evaluation and participation in pivotal planning sessions (catering, floral, décor, entertainment, photo/video, etc.)

  • Guidance on guest communications, including invitation design, website setup, and RSVP organization

  • Creation of a personalized event schedule and detailed layout, shared with all vendors and family members

  • Research and coordination of hotel accommodations and group room blocks for traveling guests

  • Oversight of vendor arrivals, load-ins, and setup logistics to ensure seamless execution

  • Monthly progress meetings (available both virtually and in person) to stay aligned and on track

  • Direction of the wedding rehearsal, complete with distributed timelines for the wedding party and key family members

  • Complete event-day management by a Lead and Assistant Planner, ensuring coverage from setup through celebration (approximately 8–10 hours)

For couples who have secured their vendors and made the big decisions, this package ensures that all the final details are organized, streamlined, and executed flawlessly. Beginning 90 days before your wedding, we step in to finalize plans and serve as the main point of contact for your vendors, relieving you of the stress of last-minute details.

Includes:

  • Begin with a welcome call to map out your celebration vision and get set up with our digital planning workspace

  • Three intentional planning sessions during your 90-day countdown to fine-tune every detail

  • Creation of a wedding-day blueprint — including a full event timeline and custom room layout

  • Close review of all vendor documents to verify timing, setup plans, and any special arrangements

  • Join you for your final walk-throughs with your venue and creative partners to ensure everyone’s aligned

  • Guide your ceremony rehearsal (up to 90 minutes) so your wedding party feels confident and ready

  • Provide tailored schedules and guidance for your wedding party and key family members

  • Lead and associate planners present on the big day — hands-on support for up to 10 hours

  • Manage all behind-the-scenes logistics, from vendor arrivals and timing cues to the final clean-up and wrap at the end of the night

  • Start with a personalized kickoff call and access to your private online planning hub

  • Two focused check-ins during the final six weeks to lock in every last detail

  • Development of a clear, customized wedding-day schedule and event layout plan

  • Final confirmation of vendor logistics, timing, and day-of responsibilities

  • Hands-on guidance through your ceremony rehearsal (up to 90 minutes) so everyone knows their role

  • Tailored wedding-weekend outlines shared with close family and key participants

  • Dedicated Lead and Assistant Planners on-site for up to 10 hours to manage your celebration start to finish
